Beyond the wall
Refunds will be given to you based solely on your attendance. In order to understand our refund system, let’s look at a few terms –
We require that each session be a minimum of 45 minutes. To log your sessions, you just need to push the start button. Press stop when you’re done and your session will automatically get logged.
Walls stop us from getting to our goals and need to be broken down! In order to break a wall, you need to finish a specific number of training sessions (See Table).
DMA(Daily Membership Amount)
Simply put, DMA is your daily gym fee.
DMA = (Gym Membership Fee) / (Number of Days of Membership Plan)
1/For annual memberships, DMA = (Annual Gym Membership Fee) / 300
2/For six-month-long memberships, DMA = (Half-yearly Gym Membership Fee) / 180
Immediately after each session, we will credit your redund back into your wallet. Since we want you to stay motivated and show up for training everyday, we follow a carefully-crafted Refund Matrix. This means that your daily refund amount is a percentage of your DMA and it increase as you progress.
