Beyond the wall

Refunds will be given to you based solely on your attendance. In order to understand our refund system, let’s look at a few terms –

Training session

We require that each session be a minimum of 45 minutes. To log your sessions, you just need to push the start button. Press stop when you’re done and your session will automatically get logged.

walls

Walls stop us from getting to our goals and need to be broken down! In order to break a wall, you need to finish a specific number of training sessions (See Table).

DMA(Daily Membership Amount)

Simply put, DMA is your daily gym fee.

DMA = (Gym Membership Fee) / (Number of Days of Membership Plan)

1/For annual memberships, DMA = (Annual Gym Membership Fee) / 300

2/For six-month-long memberships, DMA = (Half-yearly Gym Membership Fee) / 180

Immediately after each session, we will credit your redund back into your wallet. Since we want you to stay motivated and show up for training everyday, we follow a carefully-crafted Refund Matrix. This means that your daily refund amount is a percentage of your DMA and it increase as you progress.

Kindly note:

1/We only offer annual, six-months-long membership plans.

2/Full refunds are applicable only on annual membership plans.

3/For six-month plans, as per our calculation, we will return up to only 60% of your total membership fee.

4/No refunds will be granted on three-month membership plans. However, if you break each wall, we will reward you with a bunch of goodies to keep you motivated and driven.
